‘Cocaine Bear’ seems like one of the stupidest movies ever made, but everyone involved with making it and everyone who went to see it over the weekend seems to be in on the joke so I think that’s alright.

The expected success of ‘Cocaine Bear’ also means that we might be in for somewhat of a revival of really stupid movies about killer animals rampaging around messing everyone up. The Asylum film studio decided to capitalise on all the hype around ‘Cocaine Bear’ at the weekend to reveal that they’re working on their own similar creature feature, titled ‘Attack Of The Meth Gator’.

Hold our bear… I mean, beer.
Coming for your life this summer.

This is real! We’re pumping the meth into Floridas fresh water reserves as we speak! 😍

That did kinda sound like a joke to being with, but given that The Asylum also produced the legendary Sharknado movies, then I think we can safely assume that they’re 100% real on this one. I doubt I’m going to check out this movie – I haven’t seen any of the Sharknados and don’t plan on watching ‘Cocaine Bear’ either – but I’m absolutely positive there’s a large cross section of society out there that is just going to lap this all up. And how could you blame them?
For more of the same, check out this meth head who was arrested when police found her secret stash in a container labelled ‘dope’. Smooth.
