Extremely sad news today with reports that Aaron Carter was found dead at his home in Lancaster, California. According to TMZ, his body was discovered in his bathtub by a friend at 11AM on Saturday morning.
Sadly, this wasn’t completely unexpected, as we’ve known Aaron Carter was struggling with drugs and mental health issues for years now. Recently though, it sounded like he was really trying to get his life together.

It’s just tragic really, and something that happens far too often with child stars in Hollywood. Aaron shot to fame back in the late 90s as a pop star, releasing four albums, starting with his debut album in 1997 when he was just 9 years old.
RIP Aaron Carter and thoughts with the young family he leaves behind, not to mention his friends and anyone else who loved and knew him. Hopefully others out there struggling with addiction can get the help they need before reaching the same point. Never forget:
