It’s devastating to think that there are gamers out there who have died/will die before GTA VI comes out, after looking forward to playing the game for so long. Can you imagine dropping dead a month or a week or a day before it comes out? Your final thought before fading to black could literally be “I’ll never get to play the new GTA.”

Well one gamer is so determined for that not to happen that they’ve decided to quit smoking – cold turkey:

From the sounds of it, this person’s lungs are already pretty f***ed, but quitting now should buy them some time before the game is released. With the official GTA 6 trailer only a few days away now, they should at least live long enough to see that. Which would make it all the more tragic if their vital organs began failing before the actual game release, which will probably be end of 2024/start of 2025.

I wouldn’t just stop at quitting cigarettes though. This person should probably go for the odd walk and start eating healthy, just to be on the safe side. Don’t forget they’re saving a sh1t ton of money by dropping the habit, which they’ll probably need once the GTA 6 price tag is announced (rumoured £100 and maybe upwards).
