It’s hard to believe that Katy Perry was one of the biggest pop stars on the planet in the early 2010s, given how much people seem to be annoyed by her right now. Of course, the Blue Origin space mission did not help, but it’s still shocking to see how far and fast her popularity has plummeted.

Not great. I mean, the choreography is bad and all, but her execution makes it so much worse. It looks more like the after-dinner entertainment on a cruise ship than an international pop star on tour.
Furthermore, she’s also got this clunky lightsaber fight routine that looks more like your kid performing at the school play than a megastar musician playing an arena:

Man, I actually feel bad for her. It’s like she’s not even @rsed anymore, and I don’t blame her really because she probably knows that everything she does from now on is going to be ripped to shreds. Going to space has been the absolute worst thing she could have done for her career. What was her PR/management team even thinking?
Then again, it might’ve helped if she actually made a decent tune once in a while. Maybe it’s best she take a break and then come back with a banger to put things right again.
