French football legend Karim Benzema has quite a sketchy sexual history, having already been cleared of having sex with an underage prostitute in 2014 only because there was no evidence that he knew she was underage.

He’s also previously been busted sleeping with a transgender prostitute in Belgium. and has been convicted of attempting to blackmail his French teammate, Mathieu Valbuena, over a private sex tape, for which Benzema received a one-year suspended jail term and a fine of 75,000 euros.

So this latest claim by 17-year-old viral sensation and rapper Lil Tay that Benzema has slid into her DMs, isn’t exactly hard to believe:

Yikes. Now I’m pretty sure that technically it’s not illegal for a 37-year-old man to chat up a 17-year-old girl via Instagram DMs, but even still, there’s no denying that there’s an element of noncery in there.

When you consider the fact that Benzema has already faced legal problems for sleeping with an underage girl (regardless of whether he knew she was underage or not), it does certainly seem that the Real Madrid legend has a type. And that type appears to be teenagers who are twenty years younger than him.

Lil Tay had a crazy rise to stardom back in 2018 at just 9 years old by making videos about what a baller she was and starting beef with Bhad Bhabie (the ‘catch me outside’ girl). I guess it was weirdly entertaining at the time to see a 9-year-old girl show off her money while ranting about how broke everyone else is. It was just so absurd and ridiculous that she became a viral superstar off the back of it.

Of course, there is a chance that Lil Tay is making this whole Benzema story up, but it would seem like a totally random celebrity for an American teenager to implicate, especially as there’s no chance that Lil Tay knew who Karim Benzema was before he (allegedly) DM’d her. Still, it would probably be a good idea to provide proof of something like this, since she’s willing to make it public.

Then again, this is a girl who has previously faked her death for clout, so I guess anything is possible. Show us those DM’s, Lil Tay!
