R Kelly recently gave a phone interview to The Inmate Tea With A&P podcast where he claimed he’s written 25 albums during the first three years of his 30-year prison sentence.
The R&B paedo then belted out some of his classic tunes over the phone for listeners. Listen below:

The question is – what is R Kelly writing about in prison? Seems like it would be a very niche set of experiences. This guy’s got some ideas:
Album Title: Prison Story
Track 1: Trapped In The Shower
Track 2: Honeybun
Track 3: Touched By An Angel
Track 4: No Commissary
Track 5: Top Bunk
Track 6: I Wanna Go Home— ⚠️ (@stxndstillin) March 8, 2025
Another question – who the hell is going to listen to a new R Kelly album, let alone 25 (or more) of them? I mean, this is a guy who illegally married a 14-year-old child (the late R&B legend Aaliyah), then had another sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl, and was then caught on video urinating on another underage girl. He’s accused of holding women hostage, forcing them into cults, raping them, and infecting them with herpes. In 2019 he was hit with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, and then gave this insane interview protesting his innocence:
After that, more sexual abuse allegations, more underage allegations, and more allegations of spreading herpes. In the end, he was found guilty on 9 charges – kidnapping, bribery, sexual exploitation of a child, racketeering, and forced labor, and got 30 years in prison. So yeah, I’m not sure there are too many people out there clamouring for new R Kelly music, even if he’s made some classic tunes in the past.
till, if he carries on at this rate, he’ll have written 216 albums by the time he’s free! Surely there’s going to be one or two classics in there. Just a shame no one would actually be caught dead listening to them. Unlucky Kels.
