Chris Eubank Jr has issued an apology after blasting Frank Warren and Eddie Hearn as ‘scumbags’ at a press conference to promote his Oct. 12 bout with Kamil Szeremeta, with both Warren (who was absolutely rattled) and Hearn sat on stage alongside him.
Here’s what was said:

And the reason why Chris Eubank Jr issued a quick apology following the presser…
‼️ Frank Warren has declared that he is going to sue Chris Eubank Jr over his press conference speech today: “He was sued by me for a legal breach of a contract. I was successful in suing him and he paid substantial damages. Regarding what he’s just said, I’m gonna keep it short…

Yikes. Here’s the apology, and response to it from Frank Warren:
All’s well that ends well eh? Still, it’s not like Chris Eubank Jr was saying anything that most of the boxing world doesn’t already know, although it does take massive balls to say it out loud like that on stage, especially with Frank ‘Bricktop’ Warren sat right behind him. He looked absolutely livid!
It’s probably also a safe bet that Turki Alalshikh is a scumbag too, but he’s paying Chris Eubank Jr the money he wants so he’s A-OK in his book. Can you imagine? The Saudi sportswasher with an unlimited, infinite bank balance can offer a better contract than the British promoters! Incredible.
Well, fair play to Chris Eubank Jr for spicing things up a bit, even if he did end up retracting his comments out of fear of being sued into oblivion. Onwards and upwards!
