We all know that bald, white MMA dudes all look alike, and so maybe you can forgive former ESPN host Sage Steele for getting confused during her podcast interview with Dana White this week, where she mistook the UFC boss for his good buddy Joe Rogan.

Lol – I love how utterly baffled Dana White is that she’s asking him what Joe Rogan’s dream is, before realising that she actually think’s she’s talking to Joe Rogan. And then the way she says ‘Joe Rogan/Dana White’ like someone saying Tomato/Tomato. I’d say it was just a slip of the tongue, but she manages to call him ‘Joe’ again without him realising a second time…

Again, they’re both older, bald, white MMA guys, and even dress similarly, so I think we can cut Sage Steele some slack here. I really want to believe that she genuinely thought she was interviewing Joe Rogan, but she was probably practicing really hard before the interview to get his name right, but managed to screw it up (twice!) anyway.
Fortunately, Dana White saw the funny side, even tagging Steele in his IG story when he got pulled over by police following the interview:
Now all she has to do is have Joe Rogan on and call him Dana White. Problem solved.
