I imagine anyone who’s ever dabbled in the world of porn knows or has seen the work of Jesse Jane over the years. Well today we must bid farewell and RIP, after the porn legend and her boyfriend were found dead inside their home in Oklahoma.

As per the Oklahoman, police found Jesse Jane, 43, born Cindy Howell, and boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller, 33, dead from a suspected double drug overdose. A welfare check was requested by Hasenmueller’s employer, who police said hadn’t heard from him for a few days.

Jesse Jane began her adult film career in 2002 when she signed a contract with Digital Playground, and remained in the business until 2017 when she announced that she was retiring from the industry. She is best known for starring in the adult movie franchise “Pirates.” The sequel, “Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge,” cost an estimated $8 million and is hailed as the most expensive adult film ever made. Oh, she also had a cameo in an episode of Entourage once.

Based on what I’m reading from some of the comments around Jesse Jane’s passing, she was a genuinely good person which makes news of the passing all the more tragic. At 43, there was still scope for her to return to the industry and begin her MILF/GILF era, but obviously that won’t be happening now. RIP to an absolute legend of the game.
