A Japanese man who spent £12,480 to transform himself into a dog has been left disheartened by the reaction online, which basically seems to be everyone calling him a weirdo, mentally ill, and other unkind things. Worse still – even other dogs have clocked on that he’s a bit weird and have completely rejected him from their packs.
The man/dog, known as ‘Toco’, doesn’t understand why people can’t just be happy for him fulfilling his dream of becoming a collie. It’s even more baffling to him why other dogs won’t play with him. Toco told The Sun:
“They seemed a little surprised and unfortunately, they did not treat me as an equal.”
Footage of Toco going for walkies has already gone viral, and you can see how other dogs are completely confused and creeped out by him:

“I think it would be great if something like this existed. I would like to meet them.”
Welp, if you fit the criteria then you know what to do. I’m not sure how many other people are out there who are so dedicated to living a non-human persona that they splash £12k on it, but who knows? Give it a few years and Toco will probably be competing at the Westminster Dog Show with the biological dogs! Progressive…
