Plastic surgery is big business in Turkey, and one surgeon can apparently do black magic because he claims to have completely transformed the face of the 68-year-old woman you see in the images above.

DR May Aesthetic claims to be the ‘best facial plastic surgery clinic in Istanbul’, sharing the transformation alongside the caption: ‘Our lovely patient Miss Dilek after two years of rhinoplasty, face lift and blepheroplasty surgeries. I await your comments.’

The comments are full of people calling out the clinic for false advertising, but the surgeon insists it’s all down to the immense amount of surgical alterations performed at his clinic in Istanbul. Countering accusations the post is fake, he says that Miss Dilek underwent five different operations to get the result.

Not sure what people are complaining about tbh – that’s clearly the same person. I mean look at the continuity in the head scarf. Purple in both images! Still not convinced? How about a third angle:

Definitely the results you can expect when getting cut-price plastic surgery in Turkey. No wonder so many people are flying out there to get their hair/teeth/faces done.
