Been a while since we’ve put up a stupid picture of something that gets even stupider when you understand the context, so this photograph of an iceberg that looks like a dick located near to a town called Dildo can’t have come around quick enough. No pun intended.

The photograph was taken with a drone last Thursday by some dude called Ken Pretty who enjoys flying his drone around taking photos of the local landscape near his hometown of Dildo up in Newfoundland, Canada. After posting the pictures up on his Facebook, the pictures went massively viral and ended up on new sites all over the world in places as weird as Singapore, Taiwan and of course the UK. Sounds like they have some kind of weird penis fetish over in the Far East or something?

Anyway, here’s what Pretty had to say about his photos:

Looking from the land, it wasn’t quite clear.

But once I got the drone out there, it was unreal how much it looked like – well, you know.

People don’t believe it’s real. They think it’s photoshopped and all that.

I can tell you – it’s real.

The day after I took the picture, the ‘shape’ of interest collapsed, so I probably have the last ‘erect’ picture of it.

Kinda wanna know more about what goes on in a town called Dildo or why they even managed to name it that and it hasn’t been changed yet. You would kinda think that they might have done something about that at this point because nobody is ever really gonna want to go there except to laugh at it? Oh well at least they got this cool iceberg/penis/dildo story out of it I suppose.
