News broke earlier that Bam Margera was wanted by the police for assault (again) and had ‘fled into the woods’ and gone into hiding, and now TMZ has obtained the police report describing what allegedly happened in the lead-up to all this.
Well apparently, Bam’s victims in this case were his own family, with the Jackass legend banging on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8AM on Sunday and leaving an ominous note for him to read.
Jesse told police the signed letter from Bam read, “If you even f***ing think of calling the police on me I will officially f*** you up.” Jesse goes on to say he then went downstairs to find Bam peeing into the kitchen sink, at which point a scrap between the brothers broke out.
Jesse claims Bam attacked him and struck him multiple times in the head, which cops say is consistent with the injuries they observed on Jesse. After Bam was done beating his brother up, Jesse says Bam said “I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head,” before threatening to also kill everyone in the house, the occupants of which, at the time, were his dad Phil (remember him?) and two women.
By the time police showed up, Bam had legged it into the woods behind the property and now remains on the run in Pennsylvania as a wanted man. We all know that Bam has been going through a lot issues in his personal life in recent years – most of which seem to stem from drug/alcohol abuse which worsened following the death of his buddy Ryan Dunn – but that’s no excuse to be going around raising hell and both verbally and physically attacking your friends and family.
With several failed attempts at rehab and even with the support of so many friends and fans behind him, it doesn’t seem like Bam is remotely interested in getting better any time soon. Maybe this latest inevitable arrest will provide the kick up the backside he needs to sort himself out? I wouldn’t count on it, sadly.
