I wrote the other day that people weren’t going as crazy over Prime as they were at the start of the year where people were driving all the way to Wakey Wines to spend £100 on a bottle, but it turns out I was very wrong as some of us are apparently still getting up at 4am to go and queue for bottles of the stuff at Aldi.

Of course, Aldi is selling bottles of Prime for just £2.99 – which is considerably cheaper than you can get it anywhere else – so it stands to reason why people might wanna get up early to grab themselves some of it, especially after the supermarket introduced a rule that you can’t bulk buy the stuff either and limiting customers to purchasing six each. One of these customers was 18-year-old Kaden Lucas, who got up at 4:40 am and hit up ASDA first to pick up three bottles before heading over to Aldi and getting another six.
Here’s what he had to say about the process:
I spent an hour and a half in the queue at Aldi but it was worth it.
I’ll be back for more later just to re-stock my collection and make sure I have them.
Lol what? Why does he have to get up at 4:40 a.m. to get the Prime if he can just head over later in the afternoon to grab some as well? Doesn’t make sense unless he just wants loads and loads of bottles of Prime? I suppose we shouldn’t rule that out either.
Whatever the reasons, you’ve gotta rate KSI and Logan Paul for creating an energy drink that’s still making people get up way early to grab it as soon as shops open. 10/10 marketing from the guys. Never really seen anything like it before. 2023 baby.
For more of the same, check out this guy who is desperate to bathe in Prime and then urinate over himself. Better get to Aldi.
