In one the most outrageous displays of unsportsmanlike conduct I’ve ever seen, a young wrestler over in Illinois brutally punched out his opponent after being beaten fair and square on the mat.

Absolutely disgusting cheap shot from this sore loser. Although probably not as sore as the lad he just punched in the face. Maybe something went down during their match that wound him up, but whatever it was, there’s just no excuse for smashing your opponent in the face when he’s trying to offer you a handshake.
I can’t find any information on what kind of punishment this kid faces but surely he’s getting suspended or expelled at the very least. Hopefully his parents send him straight to anger management too because that’s just no way to go through life. Get well soon to the lad in orange!
