It’s always bad news any time we write about Bam Margera, so you won’t be too shocked to hear the ‘Jackass’ star has been arrested in LA this week after getting into a screaming match with a woman in a Thai restaurant and being intoxicated in public.

According to TMZ, Burbank police were called to the restaurant, where Margera’s estranged wife, Nikki, and five-year-old son, Phoenix, were eating. Cops aren’t saying if Nikki was the woman arguing with Bam, but that seems a safe bet.

By the time police turned up, Bam was seen pacing in and out of the restaurant. When they did manage to speak to him, he was incoherent, so they arrested and booked him for misdemeanor public intoxication. Good going, Bam.

Nikki filed for legal separation from Bam back in February after she claimed he appeared drunk during a visit he was supposed to have with Phoenix, which is unfortunately classic Bam behaviour. He did try to make it up to her by getting Phoenix’s name tattooed on his face, but apparently that wasn’t enough to smooth things over.

Of course, Bam has been arrested for this sort of thing countless times before and has made several unsuccessful trips to rehab to deal with his alcoholism. Just three weeks ago, he was arrested for allegedly a kicking a woman. It just sucks that everyone keeps holding out hope that Bam will get his shxt together but all he does is let himself and everyone else down. Who knows, maybe humiliating his wife and kid in a Thai restaurant in LA is exactly what he needs to get back on the straight and narrow. Yeah, right…
