‘Succession’ is undeniably one of the most popular shows of the past few years and so everyone is obviously pumped and probably a little bit sad that the show is returning for its fourth and final season in a couple of weeks on March 26th. Spoilers follow.

The last season ended in typically brutal fashion after Logan Roy got one over on his children yet again after Shiv’s husband Tom decided he would rather side with Logan than his own wife (probably fair enough to be honest the way she treats him) and the new season will inevitably deal with the after effects of that and the sale of Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson. The full trailer has just been released and is pretty much what you expect from the show now: a bunch of people shouting at each other, dissing each other, betraying each other and making unusual alliances:
The sale of media conglomerate Waystar Royco to tech visionary Lukas Matsson moves ever closer.
The prospect of this seismic sale provokes existential angst and familial division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is complete.
A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed.
Yeah pretty much more of the same there isn’t it? I always find watching trailer for shows like ‘Succession’ so funny because you can’t really ever tell what’s actually going on, it’s just people getting angry with each other without any real context for it. Totally here for it though and can’t wait until March 26th and a reunion with the Roy family.
For more of the same, check out the trailer to the ‘Murdaugh Murders’ Netflix true crime documentary. Something to tide you over until Succession is back.
