I think that most of us have probably encountered influencers out in the wild and laughed at them filming stuff on their phones for that precious #content, but I’m not sure if any of us actually have the gall of the guy in the video below to mess up one of their shots and be completely unapologetic about it.

The guy in the video was just walking through the park one morning when he decided to sit on his favourite bench, unwittingly getting into the background of some random fitness influencer’s video. The pair of them then proceeded to have a very awkward conversation where the influencer asked him to move to another bench so she could continue her stream, but he straight up refused and ended up belittling her and being pretty rude about the whole situation.
It’s a classic example of the standoffishness of British people and almost feels like it should be cut from a sitcom or something. Check it out below:

That’s just too good isn’t it? Really hope that it isn’t fake and really hope that someone out there can identify who the live streamer is because it’s kind of surprising that she hasn’t been asked to release a statement yet or that everyone hasn’t piled in on her bout it.
For what it’s worth I think that it seems way too natural for it to be staged and their interaction just doesn’t feel like it’s scripted to me because it goes on too long and isn’t as entertaining as something that you might see in a television comedy, even something like ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’. That’s how I’m seeing it anyway.
As for who’s in the right, I think the livestreamer had every right to ask him to move but she could have been a little more polite about it and this probably fuelled the guy’s desire to stay there and not acquiesce to her wishes. Probably caused him to double down on his standoffishness as well. The classic prisoner’s dilemma.
