Everyone loves a good conspiracy theory but this one might be the best one we’ve featured yet because there’s literally not one shred of evidence out there that could even slightly be described as validating it or backing it up.

The woman in question took to TikTok to share her crazy claim that the Chinese had discovered an uncharted land full of dinosaurs that were up to 13 feet tall. She explains that she came across this information whilst getting her nails done at the nail salon when she overheard the Chinese news on a television station and used the language translator on her phone (??) to find out what they were all talking about.
And yeah, apparently they were talking about this dinosaur island out there somewhere that China has just stumbled on. The woman even makes sure to let us know that even though no information about this discovery is available anywhere in the US – I wonder why? – it’s 100% true because her nail tech heard it as well:

Geez you really have to wonder what possess someone to make up such a ridiculous barefaced lie?! Sure I guess she’s getting a bunch of views on TikTok, but is that really worth it when everyone watching your videos is going to think that you’re mentally ill or just completely weird for making something so strange up and talking about it with such conviction like that?
Truly bizarre behaviour. How does she think that these millions of 13 foot tall animals have gone undetected for so long? And there’s no information about them anywhere online? Was probably just some old Chinese movie or something, if it wasn’t just a figment of her imagination. You really do have to despair sometimes.
