Arsenal completely battered Spurs in the North London derby yesterday and ran out 2-0 winners, leaving them with an eight point lead at the top of the Premier League and showing how far they’ve come since Spurs beat them at the same venue last season and pipped them to Champion’s League qualification.

That should have been the main story, but sadly some idiot decided to jump over the advertising hoards and kick goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale in his back after the final whistle. Ramsdale had been goading the crowd a bit during the game sure, but not really any worse than what they were giving back to him, so it’s obviously unacceptable for this moron to attack him.
A new video has since emerged different from the images that were shown on Sky Sports last night that shows a slightly clearer view of what happened:

Yeah I don’t really think that tells us anything that we don’t know and the guy did a pretty good job of hiding his face so I don’t think it’s going to identify him either, but it does give you a slightly clearer version of events. Surprisingly, at the time of writing it doesn’t seem as if anyone has managed to track this guy down and shame/arrest him yet but you have to feel like it’s only a matter of time as the authorities are normally pretty on it with these kinds of events. Let’s see.
For more of the same, check out this absolutely crazy footage from a Dutch hooligan riot. It’s different over there man.
