I don’t think I’ve ever really even considered the gender of any brand of confectionaries out there and that even if I had I doubt that it would affect me eating them, but it’s something that clearly concerns self described alpha male Nick Adams.

Adams characterises himself as ‘Australian by birth, American by choice’ – which probably goes some way to helping us envision what an absolute meathead/tool he is – and has decided to take up arms against the recent decision by M & Ms to release a limited edition ‘all female’ version of their iconic sweet. Here’s what he had to say about it:

M&Ms have just released feminist M&Ms…[This is] egregious sexism of the worst and most conceivable (sic) kind,” he said on Twitter.
It is outrageous. It is disgusting, and it must not stand.
Any male that buys a packet of M&M’s from today forward must hand in their ‘man’ card because they are soft, woke, beta, male feminist, who have serious, serious problems.
Until M&M’s rectify this great wrong by giving us all male M&M’s, this boycott will remain.
We will not stand for this at all.
OK so I would like to think that although you can make an argument for the fact that M & Ms releasinge an all female version of their candy being quite stupid, this guy’s reaction is even stupider. Why would anyone get so angry about something so unimportant? Triggered.

Lol what? Kinda thinking that this might be a parody account because that seems like way too silly a statement to make just after you’ve made that video, but sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction. Satirists must have a really hard job these days.
Sadly, Adams video has had nearly a million views at the time of writing, but thankfully most people in the comments are calling him an idiot and not joining his crusade against M & Ms/Mars. No doubt there will be some strange little incel freaks who are already signing up and getting tattoos against them though. That’s 2023 baby. Enjoy.
