Wakey Wines really is the first real viral trend of this year – I’m not counting all that crxp to do with Prince Harry – and the small shop has continued to court more controversy after a family was filmed spending £1070 there on a few boxes of the Prime energy drink that is making everyone go crazy right now.

Obviously the family were included in a TikTok video from the off licence, where they also revealed that they had travelled 80 miles there and back from Lincolnshire.
I thought there was meant to be a cost of living crisis going on in this country at the moment but people are still making ridiculously long journey to buy crates of massively overpriced energy drinks? What the heck?

Ok firstly that’s obviously a completely ridiculous activity for the family to be doing, but you have to notice that they also seem to have received a pretty healthy discount there. Prime cans are normally £100 a pop and it looks like he’s got about 48 of them there if he’s picked up four crates of twelve. That’s like a four grand discount or something!
Who says that the guys at Wakey Wines are ripping everyone off hey? Clearly a family store right there. Can’t wait to see what they come out with next.
