It’s a pretty outrageous reaction to pour a pint over somebody’s head if they’ve turned you down for a date, so I’m stoked to see this asshole get the absolute crap kicked out of him by the woman in question.

24-year-old Pareploy Saeaia was enjoying some street food after a night out when 35 year old Chainarong Mareejan approached her table and started hitting on her. She wasn’t interested so Mareejan thought that it was an appropriate response for him to grab a pint and pour it on her head.

Unfortunately for him though it turns out that Saeaia was a former Muay thai boxer and wasn’t going to take this insult lying down, chasing Mareejan into the street and kicking the crap out of him. Take a look at the footage and see what she had to say about it below:

I didn’t start the fight. Well, I did physically abuse him, but I thought, do I let him abuse me and do nothing?

I think Thai laws should change, because I think it’s not fair for me as a victim. Are [victims] not allowed to respond nor to stick up for themselves?

Yeah you might have guessed this from her comments, but the Thai authorities have fined both participants. Mareejan was charged 500 baht (£11.56) for pouring his beer over Saeaia and another 500 baht for affray. Saeaia was charged 500 baht for assault and 500 for affray. Seems a bit much doesn’t it, but I suppose she really didn’t let up on the guy even after everyone was trying to calm her down.

Mareejan also lost his job though so he definitely came off the worse in the deal as now everyone knows he’s a major sleaze and a pussy and he can’t even earn money anymore. Just goes to show if you act like an asshole, you’re gonna get burnt.
