The Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial is winding down right now but there are still some key witnesses being called by Johnny Depp’s team with the latest one to take the stand former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine.

Tremaine used to be in charge of 20 paparazzi in Los Angeles and explains that he received a number of tip offs regarding Amber Heard, including the day that she filed a restraining order against Johnny Depp at the Los Angeles courthouse so that they could get a good snap of the bruises on her face that were allegedly caused by Depp. He also explained that he received a tip about where Heard was due to appear for her deposition back in August 2016, as well as explaining that they were sent a video by Amber of Johnny slamming some cabinets that they posted on their website.

We were trying to capture Amber leaving the courthouse and an alleged bruise on the right side of her face,” he told the court.

She was going to sort of stop and turn towards the camera to display the bruise on the right side of her face, the alleged bruise.

I suppose that doesn’t look too good for Amber there as it sort of implies that she’s desperate for attention and the only reason that she pursued this abuse angle with Depp is for the positive PR spin she might receive. I mean it’s almost certain that it was her or one of her team who ‘leaked’ the information to TMZ right?

I guess the other argument is that if she was going to pursue justice against Johnny Depp then she was going to need all the evidence and press that she could get so the people believed her, but the way that it’s being presented in this testimony – especially with her going to TMZ – makes her come across as the lowest of the low. We’ll see how it all plays out for the jury very soon.
