It looks like it’s going to be another good year for horror in 2022 and ‘Choose Or Die’ is the latest offering from Netflix that looks like it could satisfy your need to watch a movie from behind your fingers/sofa.

The plot of the movie concerns a retro video game that the main character Kayla starts playing in an attempt to win the unclaimed $125,000 prize money. Sadly for her though, the game turns out to have some weird ability to affect reality and it looks like she’ll end up dying if she doesn’t beat it – and that loads of other people are going to die along the way regardless.
Asa Butterfield, Eddie Marsan and Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger) also show up in the trailer which you can see below:
After firing up a lost ’80s survival horror game, a young coder unleashes a hidden curse that tears reality apart, forcing her to make terrifying decisions and face deadly consequences.
Yeah, that looks pretty good doesn’t it? Definitely something to do over the Easter weekend if you’re trapped with your family or anything like that. A real life ‘Choose Or Die’ situation you might say.
