Wow, that’s aggressive. UFC fighter Don’Tale Mayes revolutionised the meaning of ‘ground and pound’ with this brutal face f*cking on the weekend, both battering and emasculating opponent Josh Parisian en route to a third round TKO on the undercard of the Lewis Vs Daukaus event.
Here’s how the scrap ended in the very next round…

Pretty much a foregone conclusion really, seeing as there’s no coming back from getting your face shagged in the middle of the Octagon. Commentator Brendan Fitzgerald was utterly baffled by the move like the rest of us while Michael Bisping called it “creative striking”, and it even looks like the ref might’ve asked him to stop, because maybe that sort of thing is illegal on a grounded opponent (gonna have to check the rules on that one). Or maybe it was just veering into porno territory and we can’t be having that, even on a UFC card.
In any case, congrats to Mayes on the win and T & Ps with Parisian who I imagine was completely reevaluating his life choices in that moment. Oh well, onwards and upwards.
