I was kinda worried when lockdown began that it would mean we wouldn’t be getting as many great new TV shows as we were in the past, but thankfully Netflix doesn’t seem to be letting up with their excellent output.

Their latest series is a spin off of the classic horror series ‘The Grudge’ entitled ‘Ju-On:Origins’ and it looks like it’s going to be more of the same judging by the trailer. Take a look at it below, followed by the official synopsis:

Yeah I mean I’m pretty sure that most of the people haunted by the curse probably aren’t going to escape from it and even at the end when the one or two that do survive think that they’ve managed to get away the series will probably end with another scare that implies it will always be with them. Isn’t that how all these movies end up? Will probably still end up watching it though no doubt.

Obviously really great that it’s Japanese and not an American remake too. Kinda goes without saying though.
