The coronavirus pandemic has affected everyone in different ways, but I think the vast majority of us are probably united in that it’s meant a loss of earnings and everyone can probably feel some degree of sympathy for people hit by this – unless they make a TikTok video crying about how their OnlyFans revenue has been crushed that is.

This is the way that influencer Billie Beever chose to react to the news that people were cancelling their subscriptions to her OnlyFans, by sharing an emotionally charged video with her 23,600 followers on the social networking platform. Here’s the video:

Didn’t want to talk about it because it’s so humiliating and stuff but like everyone on TV is always talking about how like everyone has lost their jobs and like people can’t pay for anything anymore.
Like I’m losing subscribers on OnlyFans like — my main source of income — like I can’t pay my rent anymore. And like even if I was to go back to work like what am I supposed to do, like go work in a strip club? Which they’re all closed down as well.
They’re all closed, like all the strip clubs like you can’t even be f*cking close to someone because of social distancing. And like I have … I have nothing else going for me, I have no other talent. I can’t dance, I can’t sing. I can’t do anything so like I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do.
Things need to go back to normal so people can keep subscribing to my OnlyFans.
I mean I’m not one to diss someone about losing their job, but it seems like this is a bit of an overreaction? Firstly, I doubt that so many people have unsubscribed from her account that she can’t afford her rent any more – does she not have any savings at all and was literally living pay cheque to pay cheque from her Only Fans and this just about managed to pay her rent? Lockdown has been like six weeks girl.
The other major beef I have with it is that Only Fans has only been a concept for around about a year or something, so surely she must have been doing something before this to pay rent and make money? Girl needs to stop overreacting and realise that there are people in way worse positions than her and her OnlyFans income will almost certainly come back in a few months and she’ll probably earn way more than someone who was actually a stripper before all this happened. Get some perspective.
I guess there’s also a chance that this might be fake/a parody, but it cuts a little too close for me to think that. Hope for her sake she is joking though.
