With the advent of Deliveroo, it seems strange that it’s taken so long for traditional fast food chains/restaurants to develop their own delivery option, but we’re not happy to say that Nando’s has officially joined the ranks of the home delivery restaurant.

Yes, I know that you were able to order Nando’s via Deliveroo and Uber Eats, but the restaurant has now rolled out its own app and delivery service, which presumably means it’s going to be better. They’re been trialling it in a few choice areas around the country over the last couple of weeks, and it looks as though they’re going to be rolling it out all over the country before Christmas.

The price is pretty much the same as ordering it from Uber Eats or Deliveroo as there’s a £2.50 delivery charge, although this is increased to £4 if the order comes to less than £15. I guess there isn’t really much difference in ordering it direct or ordering it from one of those other services – unless Nando’s is now taking themselves off it since they developed their own app – but I suppose it’s always good to have multiple options anyway isn’t it?
If you’re still in two minds about ordering, check out their new winter menu – the hot sauce is getting even hotter.
