Futurist Elon Musk is constantly at the forefront of innovation with his company Tesla, and it looks like he’s done it again with the introduction of his new solar panels.

The tiles are called Solar Roof – they’re way cheaper than expected and will cost less than a normal roof thanks to the money that they will save, they’re stronger than steel and they come with an infinity guarantee, meaning that they’ll literally last forever. What an absolute hero. I reckon every single house in the world will probably be powered by these in the next 50 years. Kinda wanna order one myself, but I live in a flat at the moment and don’t have a roof so it’s not an option right now. In the future though, sure.
