Tyson Fury’s close friends and relatives have said they are becoming increasingly worried about the boxer’s mental health, particularly after his recent rant on Twitter.

It was just the other day that he sent out a post claiming he was set to retire from the sport, only to then retract the statement hours later. This comes amidst revelations that Tyson suffers from issues with cocaine and alcohol abuse.
He also worryingly said that he is at breaking point because of his battle with depression:
I just don’t want to live anymore, if you know what I’m saying.
I’ve had total enough of it.
They’ve forced me to the breaking edge. Never mind cocaine. I just didn’t care. I don’t want to live anymore.
So cocaine is a little minor thing compared to not wanting to live anymore.
I don’t see a way out, I don’t even see a way of living for me, I don’t want to live anymore. It has brought me to the brink of, of death, that’s where I’m at at the moment.
To be honest, I’ve not been in the gym for months. I’ve been AWOL. I’ve been out drinking, anything to get my mind off what’s been going on to me.
I’m as fat as pig. I’m 285 pounds, 290 pounds. It is what it is. I’ve been out.
I’ve been an emotional wreck.
Those are not the statements from an emotionally stable man. And if that wasn’t bad enough, he also posted the following tweet on his Twitter account, outlining the racism he has had to ensure from trolls:

Poor guy. Sounds like he’s in a bit of a bad place at the moment and cocaine binges really aren’t going to help with that. Hopefully he scraps that and gets the help he needs soon because Fury is an absolute legend. If you don’t believe me, check out the time he bought a whole load of Jagerbombs for English fans in Nice. What a guy.
