If you’ve been following the US Presidential race over the weekend then you’ll have noticed that Hillary Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia, which is weird in itself but has left to a whole host of conspiracy theories doing the rounds regarding the issue.

The latest story is that Clinton was actually poisoned by a Vladimir Putin/Donald Trump alliance – at least according to world renowned doctor Bennet Omalu. Omalu is the guy who discovered chronic traumatic encephalopathy in the brains of deceased American football players, so he might have some idea of what he’s talking about, although these claims that he tweeted do seemed to be based on pure speculation:
I must advice the Clinton campaign to perform toxicologic analysis of Ms. Clinton's blood. It is possible she is being poisoned.

I mean yeah, there’s not really any evidence there except for the fact that Trump has expressed admiration for Putin in the past and Putin has been accused of poisoning his enemies in the past as well. It seems like Bennet Omalu has put two and two together and come up with bout five million here, but hey I suppose it isn’t out of the realms of possibility, just extremely unlikely.
In addition to this, you would think that Hillary Clinton probably has the best doctors in the business though and they’re probably capable of performing the bloodwork without prompting from Bennet Omalu eh? And even if they did find evidence for hat then I doubt they would release it to the public, so it’s probably just better for Bennet Omalu to stay quiet and for everyone else to forget about this regrettable incident.
