giffgaff and VICE are hitting the internet with their new video series – ‘Perspectives’. The new campaign aims to provide a fresh perspective on the key issues facing young people today.

One of the biggest concerns, in particular for young people living in London, is the housing crisis. The first of the giffgaff Perspectives series looks at the growing generation divide with regards to buying and renting property and focuses on the issue that while there is enough housing in the city, there simply isn’t enough access.

But it’s not all doom and gloom – as this video shows, local communities and young people are finding solutions. Instead of being relayed the regular negative London housing story, this series aims to enlighten the audience and provide alternatives to renting or buying. Whether it’s squatting in the outskirts or finding alternate spaces, this insight shows you that the challenge can be overcome.
