If you won $3 million (£2.2 million) on the lottery you’d be pretty sorted right? Plenty of ways to make that stretch over a lifetime.

Well some guy named Ronnie Music Jr over in South Georgia took the initiative and decided he was going to turn his $3 million into much, much more – Heisenberg style.
He used his $3 million lottery winnings to invest in a crystal meth ring, and was this week arrested on drug trafficking and firearms charges. Good going pal.
US attorney Ed Tarver says:
Defendant Music decided to test his luck by sinking millions of dollars of lottery winnings into the purchase and sale of crystal meth. As a result of his unsound investment strategy, Music now faces decades in a federal prison.
Music and his accomplices were caught trying to sell 11lbs of crystal meth worth more than $500,000, and police seized more than $1 million worth of meth, guns, cars and cash as part of the case.

Poor Ronnie Music Jr. All he wanted was to have a life as amazing as his name but he knew $3 million wasn’t quite enough to make it happen. Who knows, he could have become a billionaire if he kept buying and selling meth long enough. He had the finances and from the sounds of it, the clientele, but he just didn’t have the brains to make it happen.
