If any of you have been watching the news, you will know that there is a hugely popular petition doing the rounds to allow the UK to have a second EU Referendum. So many people were pissed off with the fact that we chose to leave that it has drawn in over 3 million signatures.

Oddly enough though, this petition was not started by a remain supporter. Quite the opposite in fact – it was started by a leave campaigner named William Oliver Healey who had set up the petition prematurely when he was worried that remain would win. What an absolute numbnuts.
The English Democrat activist set it up in May asking for the EU referendum to be re-run if either side’s vote is less than 60%. And as we know, the results were 52% to 48%, unfortunately for Healey in favour of leave. I guess he got the results that he was after but at the same time he stupidly started the most signed government petition since the online process was introduced.
He’s since disowned the petition and left it to the remainers. Question is, will the petition get passed and will we have a second referendum? According to Downing Street, it’s definitely not on the cards.
