A guy called Robert Earl Morgan from Houston Texas is suing Justin Bieber after the Biebs failed an attempt on a beer bong and went crazy at him for filming it, smashing his phone and assaulting him.

Morgan says that he ran into Bieber at Cle nightclub in Midtown following his performance at the Toyota Centre on April 9th. It was then that a beer bong came around and things got messy. Here’s what his lawsuit states:
Unfortunately, for Bieber he was clearly a novice because as he attempted to chug his beverage through the beer-bong, he miscalculated the amount of beer he could intake and beer spilled all over himself, his clothes, and on his face.
Morgan happened to be standing right next to Bieber and was taking pictures and videos throughout the night in question like everyone else. Bieber began to scold him for recording his failed beer chug.
Morgan offered to delete a SnapChat, but it was no use. Before he could say anything else, Bieber smashed Morgan’s telephone into pieces and had his security detail toss Morgan out of the area where Bieber was located.
Bieber allegedly snuck out the back door of the nightclub to avoid getting mobbed by his fans. Meanwhile, Morgan was left searching for his SIM card which went missing during the alleged attack.
Morgan was forced to buy a new phone and lost pictures of his grandmother’s 100th birthday in the process.

Wow. That sounds like one of the dumbest stories ever but a lot of reputable sources are reporting it so it must be true, at least that this dude has filed the lawsuit.
The rest of it is probably over embellished to try and get some money – $100K to be exact – off Bieber. I love the part about his grandma’s 100th birthday photographs – talk about cranking up the feels as high as possible. The real elephant in the room though is why the hell there was a beer bong in the club in the first place!? When does that ever happen?
It’s unlikely that this will ever go to court and Bieber will have to pay this dude any money, but I suppose it might end up settled out of court? I really don’t know but it seems ridiculous, although it was apparently the same night he stubbed a cigarette out on Post Malone’s arm and got throttled by him, so maybe he was a bit out of control. Stay tuned.
