This was on the cable car in Greenwich yesterday. something huge was moving under the water and then briefly surfaced. Are there whales in the Thames?? Or is it some weird submarine

Any ideas? What I want to know is why didn’t PennPlate zoom in or record for a bit longer like anyone with a brain would have done? If it’s a doctored video, then it’s a very good one, but maybe it’s legit in which case — can anyone explain what we’re looking at?

While we’re at it, did anyone ever explain what this thing that washed up in Russia was?
