It’s only been 10 months since David Letterman retired from hosting his long-time late-night show, and judging from these recent pictures I get the feeling he couldn’t wait to disappear out of the limelight and just transform into a scruffy old man who doesn’t have to look good for anyone.

Just goes to show how much work they put into making you look good when you’re a TV celebrity. This right here is the REAL David Letterman. The David Letterman that David Letterman actually wanted to be for the last 20 years. I mean yeah he looks like shit but he also looks happier than he ever looked on TV. Doesn’t need a whole make up team around him to make him look presentable every day of his life.
