One Maccy D’s spokesperson stood up for the redesign:
We were very surprised to hear this feedback as the restaurant team have received many compliments about the recent refurbishment,’ she said, adding: ‘The restaurant has been incredibly busy since reopening last month, with customer footfall increasing significantly.
These refreshed designs have been used across the UK and in many other markets and have been very well received.
Sorry Surrey crew, looks like you’re stuck with it.
