Pharrell has been touring the UK this week and during one set in Leeds he invited a bunch of kids on stage with him to dance along. One little kid named Dylan Barraclough took his chance and completely ran with it:

Absolute MURDER on the dancefloor. Left all the other kids up there with him in the dust. Even Pharrell realised that Dylan was the one to watch. That’s why he’s a judge on the Voice I guess — because he knows a real star when he sees one.

P.S. So awesome listening to Dylan’s dad losing his mind in the crowd.
