Police officers at a festival called Chilifest over at Texas A & M University obviously felt a bit bad when they caught an underage girl drinking during the debauchery. I mean, it’s a festival OF COURSE people are going to be drinking, even if they’re underage.
It really is ridiculous that the drinking age in the United States is still 21 and it seems like they felt some sympathy towards this girl as they allowed her to play paper rock scissors with them to win the chance to avoid her underage drinking ticket. Even though the Vine is only seven seconds long or whatever it skilfully portrays some of the most intense emotions ever: the look of fear on the girl’s face, the look of adulation when it wins, and the cops skulking off like losers after their loss.
Hey – at least they stayed true to their word as there’s every chance they might not have done. That’s good police work – kinda like this cop blasting a naked guy in the dick with a taser.
