Would you rather have a waffle-sized dinosaur or a dinosaur-sized waffle? The first option would make a pretty badass pet, a bit like a prehistoric micro-pig or teacup puppy, but the latter pretty much guarantees an unlimited amount of pudding. It’s a tough call but as long as the waffle in question isn’t blue, we’re up for either.
In his latest illustrative series, Spanish graphic designer Alejo Malia combines his love for Jurassic Park with the whimsical naming of Ben & Jerry’s ice creams and the results are making our stomachs growl. Granted Malia’s drawings would be way more impressive if he had combined them with one of the extinct discontinued ice creams from the Flavour Graveyard, but we reckon they’re great either way. We definitely think that Stephen Spielberg should recreate the original movie but with these delicious fellas. The backstory could be that instead of using frog DNA, the dinosaurs have been spliced together with a dessert menu. Maybe that’s actually the plot to the new Jurassic World film where the hybrid monster that everyone’s speculating about is actually a rabid Gateauxsaurus.
