Last month the scottish producer Hudson Mohawke took up the Boiler Room reigns and put on an absolute belter of a show over in Los Angeles. Not content with just tearing it up with his DJ skills, he proceeded to bring out none other than Busta Rhymes, comedian Eric Wareheim and Flying Lotus as Captain Murphy. There were also Kabuki theatre and Samurai warriors, yes you read that right, Samurai warriors dancing around.
HudMo’s set was part of an event celebrating his forthcoming EP Chimes (out September 30 on Warp). It also featured performances by SOPHIE and QT.
