Sometimes plastic surgery is necessary but a lot of the time it’s completely unnecessary, like when that loser paid his life savings so that he could look like Justin Bieber. What an absolute cretin.

You shouldn’t really laugh, but when most of these people want this to happen then you can’t really help it when they turn out looking like this. Oof. At least it’s way better than some of the first attempts at plastic surgery back in the day.
