Thousands have been protesting for days out on the streets of Caracas in Venezuela, calling for president Nicolas Maduro to buck up his ideas as the country’s inflation troubles grow out of control. Venezuela currently has the highest inflation rate in the world (56.2%) and they’re running out of hard currency to actually pay foreign suppliers for goods and services.
So far three student protesters have been killed and loads more have been injured, which many fear will only exacerbate the problem.
