In one of the most interesting standoffs between a van driver and the police we’ve ever seen, this Scottish man who goes by the name of “John, son of David” stands his ground after being pulled over for using his mobile phone and driving at the same time.
John is asked several questions such as ‘what is your name?’, ‘where do you live?’ and ‘what is your date of birth?’, but instead of giving his details over to the two Scottish policemen, John gives each question a ridiculous answer in an attempt to escape the fine/penalty points he no doubt faces for using his phone on the road. Turns out John had a cheat sheet at hand explaining to him how to answer each question in order to escape most road traffic penalties and most of his answers were actually genuine and could be used to get him out of jail.
