Rob Ford just can’t stop digging. After admitting smoking crack as well as being an all round wreck head, the Toronto Mayor was told at a televised meeting yesterday that he would be losing most of his powers and would need to hand over most of his budget to his Deputy Mayor. Rob Ford lost it and ended up charging towards the public gallery, taking down a female councillor in the process.
