An 83-year-old woman who famously said she ‘felt like a virgin’ the first time she became intimate with her 37-year-old toyboy lover from Egypt has revealed that their marriage of two years has sadly come to an end.
Iris Jones, a retired cleaner from Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, made headlines in 2020 when she went public with Mohamed Ahmed Ibriham and discussed their wild nights of passion. Iris was chatted up by Mohamed over Facebook (of course) after he came across her profile, and within 2 weeks of online flirting he had declared his love for her and she flew out to Egypt to marry the 6’2 hunk.
Iris even appeared on This Morning at one point and revealed how they’d gone through a whole tube of KY Jelly during one of their marathon romping sessions, and that she had to stick a sex ban on Mohamed because he kept putting her in hospital. Which was just a tad bit TMI.
At the time, the couple denied their nuptials were an attempt for Mohamed to get a UK passport, but it looks like their marriage has run its course either way. Iris told Closer that it’s all over and she’s looking forward to spending the rest of her days in her bungalow with her cat:
“I never expected to fall in love with someone 46 years younger than me, but I did.
I adored everything about Mohamed. But it became hard work.
We used to have a great sex life but then, rather than making love, we ended up arguing all the time about anything and everything.
I can’t be doing with that. I’m not a lovesick teenager. I’m 83.”
When asked how she felt about being alone again, Iris revealed a brutal parting ‘shot’ from Mohamed:
“I’m not missing Mohamed at all, the thing that annoyed me the most when he left was he took my tempura battered prawns that I’d planned for my dinner that night.”
What a monster. Oh well, at least she was the envy of all her friends at the bingo hall for a good while. And it sounds like she enjoyed the ride while it lasted. Go Iris Go!
