2) Hell Town, Ohio
In Summit County there lies the abandoned town of Boston. The township was purchased by the government as part of the creation of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Residents were forced to leave their homes and the area became a literal ghost town known simply as Hell Town.
Stories abound of Satanists using the dilapidated houses for rituals, the cemetery has been reported to house ghostly figures and a dead tree stump that moves on its own. Others still have witnessed a smoking ghost sat within an abandoned school bus. If that isn’t enough Hell Town is plagued with rumours of a chemical spill which created a huge mutant snake that now patrols the area.
