So, dogs are “a man’s best friend” are they? Maybe so, but the cats are the poster boys and girls for mankind. And that’s way cooler. If you visit any website in the world and search for “cats” you get a major list of cat high-five articles.
Try it for yourself. Even the BBC isn’t above promoting the shit out of feline affairs. Here are just a couple of the titles that come up when you bang “cats” into the BBC’s search function:
“The pub full of cats bringing feline fans to Bristol”
“Wussywat the Clumsy Cat” (WTF?)
Even if you search in the highbrow annals of Scientific American you still get out cat love:
“Self-Recognition in Cats?”
“Where to Fall on the Cats vs. Cucumbers Debate”
And my personal favourite:
“Jellyfish Genes Make Glow-in-the-Dark Cats”.
